Entry and Exit

• Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. However, please do not camp out or sleep outdoors the day before or any time prior to the event, as this causes a disturbance to local residents.
• Please refrain from running between the merchandise area, other zones, and stages. To prevent accidents and injuries, please always walk when moving around the venue after doors open.
• The ticket price includes a drink fee. You will receive a drink pick when you exchange your ticket for a wristband at the reception desk on the day of the event.
• Your wristband is required for re-entry, so please be careful not to lose it. Please note that lost wristbands cannot be reissued. Additionally, the wristband serves as your official proof of admission; please keep it on at all times and do not remove it while inside the venue.
• Entrances and exits will be very crowded during entry and exit. We appreciate your cooperation in following the instructions of our staff.
• The following items are prohibited. Please note that any prohibited items found will be confiscated.

• Food
• Glass bottles
• Cans
• Alcohol
• Glow sticks / Penlights
• Carriers / Carts
• Pets (Service dogs and guide dogs are permitted)
• Other dangerous or legally prohibited items

*Soft drinks in plastic bottles and food for small children are permitted.

*Strollers are not allowed in the seating areas. Please use the paid cloakroom before taking your seat.

*If you wish to enter with a service dog or guide dog, please contact Live Nation H.I.P. at 03-3475-9999 by Friday, July 9. (Hours: Mon–Fri, 11:00–13:00 / 15:00–18:00. Closed on weekends and holidays.)
