About Tickets
- Performing artists will appear on only one of the scheduled performance dates.
- Limit of 4 tickets per person per application.
- Admission is paid for elementary school students and older. Preschool children may enter only if accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older (limit of one child per guardian). If a preschool child requires their own seat, please purchase a ticket for them.
- Arena Standing / Junior & High School Student Ticket: This ticket is for junior high and high school students. Please present a student ID or other proof of age at the entrance. Eligibility is based on being a junior high or high school student on the day of the performance. *Note: Elementary school students and younger are not permitted in the Arena area.
- Reserved Seating / Elementary, Junior & High School Student Ticket: This ticket is for elementary, junior high, and high school students. Please present a student ID or other proof of age at the entrance. Eligibility is based on being an elementary, junior high, or high school student on the day of the performance.
- Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or forgetting them on the day of the performance. Please also note that wristbands exchanged for tickets cannot be reissued if lost.
- One ticket admits one person. Please be aware that if fraudulent use of a ticket is discovered, entry may be denied or you may be asked to leave the venue.
- No cancellations (refunds) or changes will be accepted for any reason once tickets have been purchased. Please double-check the performance date and number of tickets before applying. Please note that no refunds will be provided due to artist cancellations or lineup changes.
- This event may be canceled in the event of severe weather. Depending on the situation leading up to or on the day of the performance, the event may be canceled. In the event of cancellation, tickets will be refunded. Please note that no refunds will be provided if the cancellation occurs while the performance is already in progress.
- We assume no responsibility for travel expenses (including cancellation fees, etc.) incurred due to the cancellation or postponement of the event.
- Please note that various fees incurred at the time of purchase (system usage fees, payment processing fees, ticketing fees, shipping fees, etc.) are non-refundable.
- Resale or transfer of tickets for profit is prohibited. We accept no responsibility for any troubles arising from the purchase of tickets through online auctions, scalpers, ticket shops, etc.
