- Space for wheelchair users on the day of the event is limited. After purchasing your ticket, please contact Live Nation H.I.P. at 03-3475-9999 by Friday, July 9. (Hours: Mon–Fri, 11:00–13:00 / 15:00–18:00; Closed on weekends and holidays). Please note that companions also require a ticket. As wheelchair spaces are limited, companions may be asked to view the performance from outside the designated wheelchair area. We appreciate your understanding.
- Space for pregnant guests requesting priority seating is limited. After purchasing your ticket, please contact Live Nation H.I.P. at 03-3475-9999 by Friday, July 9. (Hours: Mon–Fri, 11:00–13:00 / 15:00–18:00; Closed on weekends and holidays). Please ensure you have obtained permission from your doctor before attending, and always bring a companion in case of sudden changes in your physical condition. We also recommend checking the locations of rest areas, first aid stations, and restrooms in advance.
- Alcohol will not be sold to minors. Please be aware that you may be asked to present identification. Additionally, drinking and driving is strictly prohibited.
- Camping or sleeping outdoors near the venue is prohibited.
- Please note that anyone who fails to follow staff instructions or engages in behavior that disturbs other guests may be forcibly removed from the venue or denied entry. In such cases, no refunds for ticket prices or other expenses will be provided.
- For lost items, please check with the venue information desk. Please note that items other than valuables for which the owner cannot be identified (such as towels) will only be held until the end of the performance on Sunday, August 1, and will all be discarded on Monday, August 2. For inquiries that cannot be resolved at the information desk or inquiries made after the performance, please contact Live Nation H.I.P. at 03-3475-9999 (Hours: Mon–Fri, 11:00–13:00 / 15:00–18:00; Closed on weekends and holidays).
- Please be aware that photos of the venue, including the audience area, may be made public.
- The organizer reserves the right to change operational rules due to unavoidable circumstances. Regardless of when or how such changes are announced, please follow the instructions of the staff at the venue.
- Following the abolition of the government's "Basic Response Policy against COVID-19" on May 8, 2023, restrictions on event hosting, facility use, and industry-specific guidelines based on this policy have also been abolished. Accordingly, infection control measures for this event are fundamentally left to the individual's discretion, based on your own physical condition and judgment.
