Prohibited Activities

Any behavior that disturbs other guests within or near the venue is strictly prohibited. The organizers, performers, and the venue assume no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or other damages resulting from prohibited acts, personal negligence, or disputes between guests.
Leaving personal belongings unattended within the venue (including the premises) is strictly prohibited. The organizers (management) shall not be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any unattended items.
Staff will remove any items deemed to be being used for reserving seats.
Children of elementary school age and younger are not permitted in the Arena Standing area.
While cameras are allowed in the venue, photography of the performing artists and audio recording of the live performance are generally prohibited. If such activities are discovered, we reserve the right to confiscate tapes, film, or equipment, delete data, and, in some cases, require you to leave the venue. Please note that no refunds will be provided in such instances. Furthermore, taking photos, recording audio, or filming the artists using mobile phones or other devices and posting them to social media is strictly prohibited, as it infringes upon copyrights, neighboring rights, and portrait rights.
The use of items that generate debris (such as party poppers) is prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the venue clean.
Please refrain from throwing paper streamers, plastic bottles, or other objects, as this may cause injury to nearby guests or the artists. Additionally, splashing water is strictly prohibited, as it may damage equipment and lead to temporary interruptions or cancellation of the performance.
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
