- Space for wheelchair users on the day of the event is limited. Please purchase a ticket and apply via the designated form (forms.gle/PtSXaqm6F558bi6u8) by Friday, April 9. Please note that companions also require a ticket. As wheelchair spaces are limited, companions may be asked to view the event from outside the designated wheelchair area. We appreciate your understanding.
- If you are pregnant and wish to use priority seating, space is limited. Please purchase a ticket and apply via the designated form (https://forms.gle/TDX7eagFzGdzbtGy7) by Friday, April 9. Before attending, please ensure you have obtained permission from your doctor and always attend with a companion in case of sudden changes in your physical condition. Please check the locations of rest areas, first aid stations, and restrooms within the venue in advance.
- We do not sell alcohol to minors. Please be aware that you may be asked to present identification. Additionally, drinking and driving is strictly prohibited.
- Camping or sleeping outdoors inside or near the venue is prohibited.
- Please note that anyone who fails to follow staff instructions or engages in behavior that disturbs other guests may be forcibly removed from the venue or denied entry. In such cases, no refunds for ticket prices or other expenses will be provided.
- For lost items, please check with the Information Desk inside the venue. Please note that non-valuable items that cannot be identified (such as towels) will only be held until the end of the performance on Sunday, April 25, and will all be disposed of on Monday, April 26. - Please be aware that photos taken inside the venue, including the audience area, may be made public.
- The organizer may unavoidably change operational rules for management reasons. Regardless of when or how such changes are announced, please follow the instructions of the staff at the venue.
- Following the abolition of the government's "Basic Response Policy against COVID-19" on May 8, 2023, measures such as event restrictions, facility usage restrictions, and industry-specific guidelines based on the Basic Response Policy have also been abolished.
