Prohibited Activities
- Any behavior that causes a nuisance to other guests within or near the venue is strictly prohibited. The organizers, performers, and the venue assume no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or other damages resulting from prohibited acts, personal negligence, or disputes between guests.
- Leaving personal belongings unattended within the venue (premises) is strictly prohibited. The organizers (management) shall not be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any unattended items.
- Depending on the circumstances, entry to the front areas of the venue may be restricted for preschool children and elementary school students (or younger) who cannot ensure their own safety in crowded areas. Even when accompanied by a guardian, please refrain from entering designated areas.
- While cameras are permitted inside the venue, photography of performing artists and live audio recording are generally prohibited. If such activities are discovered, we reserve the right to confiscate tapes, film, or equipment, delete data, and in some cases, require you to leave the venue. Please note that no refunds for ticket prices or other expenses will be provided in such instances. Furthermore, taking photos, recording audio, or filming "the artists" using mobile phones and transmitting such content to social media is strictly prohibited, as it infringes upon copyrights, neighboring rights, and portrait rights.
- The use of items that generate debris (such as party poppers) is prohibited. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the venue clean.
- Do not throw paper streamers, plastic bottles, or any other objects, as this poses a risk of injury to surrounding guests and performers. Additionally, splashing water is strictly prohibited as it may cause equipment failure and lead to disruptions or cancellation of the performance.
- Please smoke only in the designated smoking areas within the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of the venue.
- Swimming in the ocean within the venue premises is prohibited. Entering restricted areas marked by ropes or fences is dangerous; please do not attempt to do so. Guests with small children must ensure they never lose sight of them while near the shore.
