Cloakroom Services

- A cloakroom will be available outside the venue. Please note that capacity is limited. Items can be retrieved and re-stored; the fee is ¥1,000 per bag (up to 45L).
- We cannot accept valuables, fragile items (such as musical instruments), or items in bags that may tear. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage.
- Even if you are attending on multiple days, you must pick up your belongings after the performance on the day you drop them off. Please re-register them the following day.
- The cloakroom is only available to ticket holders.
- If you lose your claim ticket, you will be required to wait until all other items have been returned before we can process your request.
