Entry and Exit

• Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. However, please do not camp out or sleep outdoors the day before or any time prior to the event, as this causes a disturbance to local residents.
• The ticket price includes a drink. You will receive a drink voucher when you exchange your ticket for a wristband at the reception desk on the day of the event.
• You must wear your wristband to re-enter the venue. Please be careful not to lose it, as we cannot issue replacements. Additionally, the wristband serves as your official proof of admission; please do not remove it while inside the venue.
• Entrances and exits will be very crowded. We appreciate your cooperation in following the instructions of our staff.
• You may bring leisure mats, but please use them only in designated areas. We recommend a size of 2m x 2m or smaller. Please note that space for mats is limited and may not be available for all guests. We ask for your consideration toward those around you. Staff may approach you if your mat is excessively large.
• The following items are prohibited. Please note that any prohibited items found will be confiscated.

• Food
• Glass bottles
• Cans
• Alcohol
• Coolers (Insulated bags are permitted; see details below)
• Skateboards
• Kickboards
• Parasols
• Chairs (including folding chairs)
• Tents/Tarps
• Umbrellas (rain or sun)
• Carts/Carriers (including strollers)
• Pets (Service animals such as guide dogs are permitted)
• Other items prohibited by law

*Soft drinks in PET bottles and food for small children are permitted.

*Insulated bag requirements: Capacity of 15 liters or less / Total dimensions (L+W+H) of 80 cm or less / Height of 25 cm or less.
